Meeting the full range of SLA requirements
A huge range of hardware break/fix services is offered. These meet the needs of the widest range of sites, from those with only a few users and relaxed SLA requirements, through to multiple sites with hundreds of users where a 30-minute call to fix SLA is needed. Whatever your requirements, each ESP customer care contract can be tailored to your precise requirements and need for guaranteed support and peace of mind.

Outsourcing
For the occasion when a customer’s own staff might not be available ESP can provide longer term placements directly to site.  These outsourcing services include third party Help Desk services, assistance for on site staff during unusually busy times, support for non-technical customer staff, and sabbatical provision of technical staff, either full-time or as holiday/maternity/sickness cover.

Expertise in the widest range of IT equipment
The equipment we maintain ranges from the very latest IT systems (PCs, servers, network components, printers and more) through to legacy equipment that requires component level repair.

Our 3,000 sq ft workshop, based at our head office in Reading, offers three levels of specialisation for corporate clients:
